What does BRSR require on the environment?

Principle 6 of SEBI's BRSR format asks listed companies to disclose energy use, Scope 1 and 2 emissions and intensity, water withdrawal and consumption, waste, impacts on ecologically sensitive areas and related targets. For the largest companies, key indicators in BRSR Core must be assessed or assured.
