How your tree is delivered
Trees are not shipped. When you buy a tree, our team and local partners plant a 4 ft sapling on one of our project sites in India, care for it for three years and geo-tag it.
Planting follows the planting season at each site, so your tree may be planted some time after you order. The planting date on your certificate is the day your tree went into the ground.
Your certificate
We email a digital certificate to the email address on your order after your tree is planted. It shows the tree's species, planting date and location. You can also find your tree at any time on Track my trees using the certificate or order number.
Physical items
Some products, such as printed certificates and saplings, are physical items. We ship these within India only, through registered courier companies or India Post. Orders are processed within 3 working days and usually delivered within a further 2 to 5 days, depending on the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service. If you order items for different locations, delivery is charged per location.
Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay, Easebuzz, PayU, Paytm and other secure payment providers. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation & refunds
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund before your tree is planted. To cancel, email care@growbilliontrees.com with your order number as soon as possible after ordering.
Once a tree has been planted it can't be cancelled or refunded, because the planting and care have already started.
Corrections
If the name, message or occasion on your certificate is wrong, email us your order number and the correct details. We will fix and resend the certificate free of charge.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.
If a physical item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Gift cards are not refundable.
Company programmes
CSR and company programmes follow the terms in your programme agreement or proposal. Where those differ from this page, the agreement applies.
