One credit is one tree, with certificate and delivery included. Your price per tree depends on volume: the more you plant, the less each tree costs.

How quickly can we start?

Once your account and certificate design are set up, you can send your first certificate from the dashboard the same day. Shopify needs one webhook pasted into your store settings, and our team walks you through it.

Are the trees real?

Yes. Every certificate has a unique number and corresponds to a tree planted by Grow Billion Trees in one of our agroforestry sites. Companies planting at scale can have a named forest.

Does the recipient need to sign up?

No. They receive the certificate by email and WhatsApp, open it with one tap, and can download and share it.

Can we send certificates on specific dates?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with a delivery date per person, and each certificate goes out on its day.

What happens if we run out of credits?

Nothing is lost. New orders are held, you are alerted by email, and you plant them with one click after topping up.

We don't sell online. Can we still use it?

Yes, most customers don't. Use bulk uploads for employees and clients, QR codes at events, or send a single gift from the dashboard.

Can we use our own wording?

Yes. You set the occasion, the greeting and the email subject and body your recipients see.
