Fill in the form on this page with your organisation's details, registrations, where you work and the support you need. Our partnerships team reviews each application, replies within two working days and sets up a call to discuss a first project.

Keep these ready

  • Registration certificate (trust deed, society or Section 8 company).
  • PAN, and 12A/12AB and 80G registrations, if you have them.
  • CSR-1 registration number, if you want CSR-funded projects.
  • NGO Darpan ID, and FCRA registration if you receive foreign funds.
  • A short note or photos of past plantation or community projects.

  2. We call you: Within two working days, to understand your work.
  3. Documents and visit: A check of registrations and, where useful, a site visit.
  4. First project: Plan a first project together and onboard your team to GreenTrack.

Who can apply?

Registered NGOs, trusts, societies and Section 8 companies working in India on environment, farmers or communities.

Do we need CSR-1 registration to apply?

No. You can apply without it, but you will need CSR-1, 12A and 80G registrations and a three-year track record for CSR-funded projects.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Applying is free.

How long does it take to hear back?

Our partnerships team replies within two working days.

Can we apply if we work outside the 14 states you are in now?

Yes. We are open to partners in other states.
