Training & Certification for NGOs

We train NGO field and programme teams in plantation planning, planting and aftercare for survival, GreenTrack record-keeping, CSR compliance and reporting, and community engagement. Training combines field sessions with online modules, and participants who complete a course receive a certificate.

How training works

  • Courses for field teams, programme managers and leadership.
  • Field sessions on live sites, plus online modules.
  • Assessments at the end of each course.
  • A certificate of completion for each participant who passes.
  • Online courses run on GBT Evolve, our learning platform.

Courses

  • Plantation planning: Site assessment, native species selection, spacing and timing.
  • Planting & aftercare for survival: Pits, planting, protection, watering, care visits and replacement.
  • GreenTrack in the field: Geo-tagging, photo records, field visit logs and reports.
  • CSR compliance & reporting: Eligibility, CSR-1, documents, utilisation and impact reporting.
  • Community engagement: Working with farmers, panchayats and schools so trees are cared for.
  • Impact measurement: Survival counts, carbon estimates and impact stories for funders.
