Go to Track my trees and enter the number on your certificate or order email.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Every tree comes with a digital certificate with its details.
Can I gift a tree?
Yes. Choose an occasion and plant a tree in someone's name.
There's a problem with my order. What should I do?
Choose "An individual" above, select that it's about an existing tree or order, and add your order or certificate number. Our care team will reply within 2 working days.
