Are the roles work from home?
Most are. Office and sales roles are work from home with some office or client days. Field, event and volunteer roles happen on site. Each role page says how it works.
Which cities do you hire in?
Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Indore, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Coimbatore, and the districts around them for field roles.
Are internships paid?
Most internships carry a stipend; a few are unpaid. The role page says which. Every intern gets a mentor and an internship certificate.
Do volunteers pay anything?
No. We never charge a fee to apply or to volunteer. Volunteers get a certificate with their hours and a reference after three events.
Can I apply without a CV?
Yes, for field and volunteer roles: your name, mobile number and city are enough. Other roles ask for a CV (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB).
What happens to my details?
We use them only to assess your application and contact you about it, keep them for up to 12 months, and do not share them outside the hiring team.
Do you hire consultants and freelancers?
Yes. Domain experts, writers, designers and video creators can work with us as consultants or freelancers. Apply on the role page and say so in your message.
