You run our plantation projects in your region, from site selection to three years of care. You make sure every tree is planted right, geo-tagged and alive.
What you will do
- Plan and run plantation projects for corporate clients: land, saplings, labour, water and timelines
- Manage field supervisors, partner NGOs and local vendors across several sites
- Hit survival targets through watering, replacement and regular site checks
- Keep GreenTrack data complete: geo-tags, photos and survival records
- Host client plantation days on site, with safety and logistics handled
- Track project budgets and send monthly progress reports
You have
- 5+ years in forestry, plantation, agriculture or rural project management
- Experience managing field teams and vendors across districts
- Comfort with smartphone apps, spreadsheets and basic GIS
- Fluency in Hindi or the regional language, plus working English
- Willingness to travel within the region regularly
Good to have
Degree in forestry, agriculture or environmental science; CSR project experience.
How we work
Most of our team works from home, with some days at the office or in the field as the role needs.
