You are the link between our corporate clients and our field teams. You make sure each programme runs on time and each client gets clear reports.
What you will do
- Turn a signed order into a project plan: sites, species, dates and owners
- Coordinate with field teams, nurseries and partner NGOs
- Plan client plantation events: dates, headcount, transport, kits and safety
- Send certificates, digital forest pages and progress reports to clients
- Track open tasks and flag delays early
You have
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations or account servicing
- Strong written English and organised follow-up habits
- Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and task tools
Good to have
Event planning or CSR programme experience.
How we work
Most of our team works from home, with some days at the office or in the field as the role needs.
