About this programme

Connect and Heal (CNH) Primary Care extends its mission to improve lives beyond healthcare by embracing environmental stewardship through a tree-planting initiative rooted in the agroforestry concept. As an Indian integrated health-tech company focused on primary and preventive care, CNH recognizes that a healthier planet is fundamental to healthier people. By planting trees, CNH reinforces its belief that well-being goes beyond clinics and hospitals to include the natural ecosystems that support life.

Implemented in collaboration with local communities and farmers, the initiative involves planting a diverse mix of native, fruit-bearing, and climate-resilient trees within agricultural landscapes.
