Employees actively participated in planting a diverse range of native and climate-resilient species, helping to create self-sustaining urban forests that support biodiversity, improve air quality, and reduce the urban heat island effect.

The species selected for Myridius’ urban forest initiative were thoughtfully chosen to enhance the urban ecosystem while providing long-term ecological and community benefits. The focus was on native and climate-resilient species such as Parijat (Night-flowering Jasmine), Pomegranate, Chiku (Sapodilla), and Guava, each offering a unique set of environmental, nutritional, and cultural advantages.

Parijat, a fragrant flowering tree, not only adds aesthetic charm to urban landscapes but also holds cultural significance and attracts pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
