Species Selection & Its Benefits: 

Guava, Sapota, Custard Apple, Mango, and Lemon are among the most popular tropical fruit-bearing trees cultivated in India and other warm regions. These fruits are not only cherished for their delicious taste but also for their high nutritional content and medicinal values. Each tree contributes significantly to the ecosystem by improving greenery, supporting biodiversity, and providing shade, while also offering economic benefits through fruit production and allied industries.

Guava is rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber, making it excellent for boosting immunity and improving digestion. Sapota, also known as chikoo, is an energy-rich fruit packed with natural sugars, helping restore vitality. Custard apple, with its creamy texture, is loaded with antioxidants and minerals that promote heart health. Mango, the "king of fruits," is highly nutritious with vitamins A and C, supporting skin and eye health. Lemon, on the other hand, is a natural detoxifier and a powerful source of vitamin C, widely used in both culinary and medicinal practices.
