1.) Unable to Login?

Logging for the first time after placing the order (Guest Checkout):

Create a new account, using the same email id used to place the order.
OR
Try Social Login, using the same email id used to place the order.

If you have forgotten your password:
Use the 'Forgot Password' option to reset your password."

e-Certificate for Tree(s) Planted:
You will receive the e-certificate in your registered email ID, or you can also download it from "My Account" after tree plantation.

e-Greeting Card for Tree(s) Planted:
Please generate it within 5 days by logging into "My Account".

Here are the steps after logging into my account:
1.) Click on the order no. for which you want to generate e-greeting card(s).
2.) By clicking on the link, you can generate your greeting card and download the PDF.

You can immediately track the live location of the project chosen for your tree(s) plantation by logging into "My Account" or, by scanning the QR code on the certificate.

*You can see Your Name in respective Project/Forest.

Order Not Yet Placed:

When you place an order, our system will select a tree project location from the available projects.

8.) My Tree Variety/Species?

The species of trees is determined by our planting partners who have local expertise and know which species are best suited for the agro-climatic conditions in the region.

The benefit of those trees in terms of flowers, fruits, fodder, fuel, and non-timber forest produce for the local community as well as insects, birds and animals of the particular project location. All trees species planted will be local to the planting site.
